segments, for Eyewear Division is looking for a

Demand Planner

 Rif. 5150

Mission:

He/she will be part of EMEA Demand Planning department and as a part of a multifunctional team will be dedicated to Large Accounts in order to actively support the growth of the channel as Planning focal point.

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting the preparation of new and existing business growth plans, analyzing current business performance and defining rolling forecasts at account/door level
  • Supporting merchandising plans definition and revision in line with current and expected performance for Key Accounts
  • Being the contact point among customers, sales and planning for the sales channel in scope
  • In line with Demand Planning guidelines support the Demand Planning process by creating and maintaining sales forecasts at sku level
  • Building and maintaining relationship with Buying and Planning Departments of the customers in order to analyze performances, build growth and recovery plans, enhance the information flow and integrate the planning strategies.
  • Providing sell out and service level analysis by banner
  • Providing a proactive support to continuously improve customer service level and simultaneously optimizing finished goods inventory in line with the Management indication and Company strategy
  • Supporting the implementation of IT solutions for Demand Planning and customer replishment
  • Supporting implementation and maintenance of a reporting system to analyze Demand Planning KPIs
  • Back office duties in cooperation with Sales Support teams in order to provide information to the customer

 

Qualifications and experience:

  • University Degree (business administration)
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Demand and Sales planning ideally in businesses with short product lifecycles and high-mix (fashion, luxury, consumer electronics, etc.)
  • Advanced Excel, SAP knowledge is a plus,
  • Previous experience with Demand Planning software
  • Fluency in English
